Lisa Turboff
ABOUT
Lisa has over 20 years of experience handling a wide variety of complex health care and litigation matters. She has worked with clients in all types of disputes including civil trials, administrative and professional board proceedings, contract disputes, negotiated resolutions and appeals. Her representation includes leading Texas Medical Center hospitals, international pharmaceutical companies, international tire businesses, health care services organizations, limited liability corporations and individual professionals.
Lisa has extensive experience in coordinating and managing large scale, complex multiparty nationwide litigation. As a lead and principal attorney in multiple mass tort cases, she developed and oversaw effective, standardized procedures and protocols related to nationwide document management, discovery and evidentiary issues as well as managed a team of attorneys from multiple law firms.
Lisa also has a particular interest in medical and technical issues including taking direct and cross examination testimony from a wide variety of medical and technical expert witnesses as well as challenging the qualifications and substantive opinions of opposing medical and technical expert witnesses. She has overseen medical and technical expert witness issues in thousands of medical negligence and product liability cases.
